We want you to be happy with every purchase. If you are not, this policy explains how to return an item. It does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
30-day returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, even if you have simply changed your mind. Items should be unused beyond what is needed to inspect them, and returned with all accessories, manuals and original packaging where possible.
How to return an item
- Contact us at info@fzbargains.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will confirm the return and send you the returns address and any instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by you. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we refund the original delivery cost and reasonable return postage.
If a returned item has been used or damaged beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund, repair or replacement. If it arrived damaged, please tell us within 48 hours and include photos of the item and packaging. After 30 days, you still have rights under consumer law and we will help you.
Items we cannot accept back
- Personal care and hygiene items that have been unsealed, such as toothbrush heads, earbuds tips or cosmetics.
- Sealed audio, video or software that has been unsealed.
- Items made or altered to your specification.
