Your order and our contract
When you place an order we send an email acknowledging it. Our contract with you starts when we send an email confirming dispatch. We may refuse an order – for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud – and will refund any payment in full.
Products and condition
We sell new, refurbished and pre-owned items. Each listing states the condition and describes any marks, wear or missing accessories. Images are of the product or representative of it; where there are differences we will say so in the description. Pre-owned items may show signs of previous use consistent with their stated condition.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel or proceed at the correct price. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Delivery
Delivery is covered in our Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we have received full payment.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. We extend this to 30 days – see our Returns Policy.
Faulty goods and your legal rights
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. For advice about your rights, contact Citizens Advice.
Our liability
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. We are not responsible for business losses; our products are sold for domestic and private use.
Using our website
You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access or copy our content for commercial use. We may update the website and these terms from time to time; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
Complaints and law
If you have a complaint, please contact us and we will try to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
